Not likely: You really can get the definative answer by getting the appropriate blood test at one of the major hospitals. You live in Baltimore, so go to Johns Hopkins and they can see you there. If money is an issue volunteer to donate blood and if your blood is not accepted ask why and they will tell you if you are HIV +
