Most women's growth: plates reach maturity by the time they start their menses, and can grow a little more, but at 22 that may be a difficult proposition. Make sure your posture is good, and that your core muscles are strong, as great posture makes one appear taller, and able to stand straight vs. hunched. So that's important. There aren't many supplements that can help on this. At 22YO, your height is stable.
