Losing weight : Losing weight w/ exercise will help. Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight generally, some of the lost fat may be butt/thigh fat. We don't get to choose from which area of the body fat is lost. Eat healthy & be active. Calories burned must be more than those consumed. Workout thighs w/ plies, squats, stair steps, lunges w/ dumbbells, ball squeeze & single leg circles.
