Musculoskeletal ?: 27 yo female with unilateral "groin/thigh" pain incited by walking might have pelvic girdle musculoskeletal soft tissue injury, inguinal hernia, or Sartorious syndrome. Absent signs of infection, which would require urgent evaluation, she might consult an Osteopath, General Surgeon & Gynecologist, and in that order if one or the other is unsure of the diagnosis.
