Diverticulitis: What you are describing could be from many different ailments. Sometimes diverticulitis can cause diffuse pain. It could be many other things. Your doctor will need to know more about this pain. They will ask about what makes it better. It is good that you can tellt them that it is worse with walking. Also timing.
