Need clarification: I don't understand your question "for how long can that be normalized?" 6.25 is slightly high for both TSH & FreeT-$ but you don't say to which test the 6.25 value refers. Since the 6.25 value doesn't represent an emergency situation in either case, I recommend that you keep your doctor's appointment and get clarification at that time.
