I take levothyroxine 70 mg. blood tests were drawn yesterday - march 16. this was the only issue. my tsh is low, i guess. f tsh w/reflex to ft4 0.15 l 0.40-4.50 (miu/l). should i increase my medication from 70 to 100? or 125? my doctor is away?

Levothyroxine is in micrograms, hence 70 micrograms will be 0.07 mg. TSH is low that indicates that thyroid hormone replacement is adequate to high. please check level of T3 and T4 with TSH and see your endocrinologist for adjustment if needed. Please refrain from adjusting levothyroxine dosage by yourself. Hope it helps.
