Yes: hypothyroid is associated with elevated cholesterol. Normalizing thyroid can lower cholesterol. You will have to check it later when your thyroid is normal and see.

I feel like my hypothyroid is now hyper. My labs show my TSH W/REFLEX To FT4 is 0.01 and my T4, Free is 1.5. Is this a sign of too much thyroid med which is making me hyper? I have all the symptoms?
