No worry, trismus: It is normal to have muscle stiffness (trismus) after mouth surgery, this will pass in a few weeks. It will resolve on its own and no treatment is needed.

See oral surgeon: Common with infected teeth. Should respond to antibiotics. Sometimes antibiotics don't work well. I would recommend seeing an oral surgeon ASAP.
