Antibiotics + Treat : It's not a matter of keeping anything clean. It's a matter of being on the correct antibiotic with the proper dosage\duration as well as definitive treatment to deal with the cause of the infection. From your description, I am not sure if this is all from one issue or multiple dental problems. Your treating dentist should be able to discuss the problem(s) as well as the resolution. If not, 2nd dds.

Wisdom infection: The best thing to do for this situation is to go back to the surgeon that extracted the tooth and have them ewxamine you.
