Increased frequency: Increased urinary frequency can occur in a number of conditions, the most likely being urinary tract infection. Other symptoms of this can include burning when urinating and discomfort in the region of the bladder. Very high blood sugar (diabetes) can cause urination of large amounts, accompanied by great thirst and hunger. Interstitial cystitis (bladder inflammation) & other causes also exist.
