Yesterday Tuesday October 6 2015 I pee a few drops of blood and hurt I start drinking a lot of water I star peeing every 3 to 5 minutes till stop peeing blood that's my concern till today I been peeing ok so I need to know if I still have to see a doctor

Been noticing some foam/heavy amount of bubbles that linger later in day after working out. Pee doesnt look super dehydrated but is firmly yellow. Drinking a lot of water results in clear pee without any foam. Do I need to hydrate better?
Is it okay if I drink one or two sips of water every time I feel like drinking water? Drinking a glass at one go makes me pee a lot!
