Many factors...: Feeling weak and tired can be due to many causes - fatigue from you difficulty sleeping, sleep apnea, stress, medications (to name just a few). Follow up with your doctor to discuss your symptoms and for further evaluation. It is great that weight and basic labs are normal, but they don't paint the whole picture.

If you are OK: physically, then start looking at mental reasons for not sleeping, which would be my first suspect to explain feeling weak and tired. Consider a psychologist? What's going on in your life? Eating well? Exercising? Good relationships? Just some starter questions...
