Requires workup: Your symptoms could be caused by many things, and the only way to determine the cause would be with a consultation with a doctor in person and possibly laboratory tests. Some possibilities include thyroid or other hormone imbalances or certain infections. If your symptoms are persistent and bothersome, I would recommend an in-person appointment with a general practitioner.

Symptoms: When you had your hysterectomy, did they leave your ovaries in place or where they removed also? If they left them, even though it seems late, your ovaries could be finally failing and your could finally be entering menopause. If they were removed with your uterus, new medications, new diet, weight loss or weight gain, etc. could all be contributing to your symptoms.
