I am 33 yrs old and having severe night sweats, dizziness when standing for a long period of time, fatigue througout the day, hot flashes off and on.?

(although it could be something more rare and serious) most traditional doctors won't recognize this condition, so be sure to find a holistic physician or alternative health care provider. This definitely needs evaluation by someone asap!
