I have constant pain on the left side from my colon down my left bowel area when i eat i have pain and can feel my left bowel moving?

Many possibilities: If this is a new fairly strong pain that you have not had before you should go to the emergency room or urgent care for evaluation. If this is a recurrent pain that is worse than before the same advice is appropriate. Causes of left sided pain range from irritable bowel syndrome to acute diverticulitis, severe constipation, inflammation of the colon...to name a few. SEE bit.ly/1tgGPl9
