Diarrhea: This sounds like some form of colitis (an inflammation of the large bowel). It may be infectious (there are numerous possibilities) or other forms of non-infectious inflammation. This is highly unlikely to be due to your lack of a gall-bladder. Advise that you be seen and diagnosed one on one by a gastroenterologist, or you can start with your family doctor and if necessary they can refer you on.
