Not recommended.: Acute alcoholic pancreatitis is a very serious disease, which can even be fatal in many instances. The fact that you have recovered from your previous episode does not mean you are not at risk of developing it again, and a repeat episode could be worse. Although you might get away with it, the potential risks if you don't are so severe that I would recommend not drinking again. Good luck.
