NO: You have to be very careful to buy the pure form from a reputable herbal store.In 1978 Journal of medical association published an article about a couple who made Burdock tea tainted with Belladona alkaloid & experienced the side effects- blurred vision,dryness of mouth & hallucination & ended up in ER. With your history, stay away from it!
