I have been taking 60 mg.of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) a day and i'm 30 weeks prego. my ultra sounds have been great. will my baby be ok?

That ship has sailed: You, your spouse, & your doctors decided that benefits of your taking the maximum adult daily dose of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) for narcolepsy (40 mg./day is max for ADHD) outweigh risks to your fetus. It's a Class C drug, meaning fetal risk can't be ruled out. Animal studies have shown adverse fetal effects, but no studies have been done in humans. The AAP recommends not breastfeeding while on Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).
