What is the treatment 4 hip spurs that cause pain ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ortho: The most conservative care is exercise and weight loss. You can take NSAIDs for pain. If that doesn't work then physical therapy may be helpful. The last step is to see an orthopedic surgeon to be evaluated for possible hip replacement.
