Likely virus: Continue to monitor her and treat her fever and give her extra clear fluids. If you feel she is getting worse or you are worried seek medical care for an assessment. Specifically if she has a high fever, vomiting, difficulty breathing, pain or increased amounts of diarrhea have her checked. All the best.
