Pain: There are multiple possibilities from intercostal muscle irritation through inflammation inside the chest wall, pleura or pericardium and more. Usually there's a simple benign explanation if everything else seems fine. You'll need to see a Dr to get a diagnosis, too many variables to diagnose from out here.
