Temperature?: Question: do you have fever or no fever? If you have fever, your sx may indicate pleurisy or pneumonia and you should seek attention. If no fever, your sx are likely muscular and you should continue taking Ibuprofen (400-600 mg 4X a day with food), rest, and wait it out.
