Not totally abnormal: A urine pH of 8 is at the upper limits of normal range. Abnormally high urine pH can results from kidney problems, urinary tract infections, vomiting, etc. 0-1 WBC in a clean catch specimen (you peed in a cup) is not considered abnormal.
