My urinalysis, showed ph of 8.0 and the presence of 0-1 wbc, for a consecutive time after my first test 7 months ago yielded same result. pls remedy?

Not totally abnormal: A urine pH of 8 is at the upper limits of normal range. Abnormally high urine pH can results from kidney problems, urinary tract infections, vomiting, etc. 0-1 WBC in a clean catch specimen (you peed in a cup) is not considered abnormal.
