Loose joints: Hypermobility of joints is a condition where the cartilage of the joints is a little more elastic than normal. Because of this the joints are more flexible. It is not that serious but you need to be cautious about hyperextending the joints and causing pain and injury.

Potential danger.: Joint hypermobility is a general condition that covers a wide range of possible consequences -- depending on the extent of joint ligament elongation, and how many (and which) joints are involved. Usually genetically transmitted, patients are vulnerable to exercise and/or stress impact-related potential joint dislocations, and should take appropriate preventive precautions!
