Common...: Toddlers aren't the best at a well balanced diet. To help with his stooling, try increasing his water intake and increase the fiber in the foods that he is eating. More fresh veggies if you can (try fun things to dip them in to encourage his intake). Also, 3-4 ounces of prune, white grape, or pear juice daily will help. Constipation: This is very common in toddlers as well as on pediatrics so I doubt anything is wrong with your child. Encourage water drinking and increase his intake of fruit and vegetables especially peaches, pears and prunes. Limit his drinking of milk and eating cheese to two dairy servings a day.
