I have a sting pain in my lower side in my stomach. But I don't know if I pulled a muscle because I'm using crutches from knee surgery?

Musculoskeletal pain: If your pain is exacerbated by movements, such as abdominal twisting or crunches, then it is probably musculoskeletal in nature. If not, might be best to see your physician for an abdominal exam.
