Assuming you are: Referring to Salmonella typhi infection, the treatment is antibiotics, Cipro, (ciprofloxacin) or Amoxicillin and related drugs, though drug resistance is widespread. Maintaining hydration with salted boiled water with rice mixed in to provide carbohydrates is the old fashioned remedy. It's so effective that it's still used to keep up with losses from diarrhea. Vaccination is still beneficial. Drugs, fluids, salt.
