No: HCG and Methotrexate should not be taken in combination. The mechanism of action in weight loss which is what I think you are taking HCG for is unknown. If you were to take methotrexate during pregnancy it will affect and may cause a miscarriage. So, I would be careful . It may not work and you will be wasting time and money.
