Left leg pain, above ankle and upper thigh, side, comes and goes. been 5 days. im worried for a blood cloth. what symtops are for dvt? er?!

Unlikely to be DVT .: DVT is usually characterized by aching pain in the entire limb and 5 days after the onset would also show swelling of the leg extending proximally. The limb may also feel warm and tender. Since certain medications, pregnancy and trauma may also predispose, would look into these. Do not seen urgent need for ER but would consult with primary care doctor without delay.
