I wake up in the morning with a cough (productive not dry). it gets better as the day goes on. did just return from africa last week.

Cough: If you have been in Africa (you don't specify where) and are symptomatic would go immediately to a large hospital facility or to a local Infectious Diseases doctor and be checked thoroughly. If this is early onset Ebola you want to be isolated and treated aggressively, to say nothing about protecting those around you. Good luck and hope you are better soon.,
