See his doctor: See his doctor and have him evaluated for ADHD or learning disabilities. There are several criteria that can help identify these problems. Some children may need testing or further evaluation by a psychologist. If he has ADHD, he can be treated so that he can focus better in class- behavior modifications, medications, classroom interventions, supportive psychotherapy may all be helpful.

Psychologist: A Psychologist is trained to test and evaluate your child, and your child's learning abilities, and to then make recommendations as to appropriate treatment providers. Ask your Pediatrician for referral to appropriate specialists.
