Lower rt quadrant: If you take your abdomen and divide it in half at the belly button and vertically down the middle of the belly button, your appendix is in the lower rt square.

Appy: Your appendix is in the right lower quadrant of your abdomen. Generally but not always somewhere between the pubic bone and the hip bone.
