More than likely: Most babies have varying degrees of stomach reflex, causing frequent spitting up and abdominal discomfort. They get better on their own without any workup or medication. If your baby is otherwise acting, eating and growing OK,( established by weight/height checks at your pedi doc) and keeping most of the feeds down, there is nothing to worry about. Otherwise your pediatrician can evaluate the baby

Medical evaluation: This amount of vomiting sounds serious, I would get the patient evaluated to find out why this is happening. Not sure who gave you domstal to treat the baby, but this is highly atypical practice. I am aware of domperidone used for n/v in adults treated with chemotherapy. Surely this medication will possibly help with the symptom, but the real question is why is a 4 month old vomiting?
