Yes,: If exposed to TB. but also spontaneous pneumothorax, and pleurisy, costochondritis, and even rarely cardiac disease. If it subsides after taking antacids or Pepcid, (famotidine) it may be reflux esophagitis. If after cocaine use, it could even be a heart attack. If it continues, please seek help from your PCP, urgent care walk in clinic, or ER.
