Not necessary: If you eat a diet complete with 3 meals a day, with plenty of fruits and vegetables, you don't need a multivitamin, you'll probably just urinate it all out. If you're not consistent with a good diet, women should take a one-a-day vitamin that is supplemented with calcium and vitamin D. Just check the ingredients, no brand is better than others!

None: Go to your Doctor to see if you have a specific vitamin deficiency, or are looking for specific support, like for menstruation symptoms or to become pregnant. Then take that specific vitamin or vitamins. Multivitamins are not generally useful and can cause more symptoms than they help. Save your money and spend it on a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits.
