See dermatologist: I'm so sorry you are suffering from acne. The dermatologist, or your pcp, can provide you with different forms of topical treatment that should help--a different topical antibiotic and/or drying agent can make a huge difference.

Neosporin helps: Neosporin or bactroban (mupirocin) may help them heal, but there will be a continuous problem, possibly leading to permanent scarring if you keep on picking at them. Try to determine why you pick them, then try to get help to stop from your doctor.
