On doxy 150bid for acne. runner. using high spf sunscreen and hat but still burning on face/ neck. doxy working well , what can i do ?

Photosensitivity: Erythromycin can be used to treat acne. It doesn't cause photosensitivity. It can irritate the stomach. I recommend having a baseline EKG first to make sure you don't have a prolonged QT interval as erythromycin can prolong the QT interval and increase the susceptibility to dangerous cardiac dysrhythmias especially if your QT interval is already prolonged.
