No: Ovarian cysts won't affect the results of your ovulation testing. Ovulation is a biologic race between multiple follicles on your ovaries. A number of follicles will form cysts in an attempt to become the "dominant" follicle. That is why you have cysts. However, there is only 1 winner follicle in the race each month. The rest will fade away and never get a second chance. Best wishes!
