Ovulation: Cysts regularly develop on one or both ovaries as part of menstration and fertilization. They can cause pelvic pain if they become large, twisted or rupture. Cysts can remain even after ovulation and do not typically interfere with ovulation and except for the pain, most women don't even know they are present. Cyst growth and continue pain is something to monitor. Through your healthcare provider.
