Several remedies: Genital warts are caused by Human Papilloma Virus. Once an individual has been infected, the virus may or may not give rise to warts, which may go away with and without treatment, and may or may not come back. Treatment options are chemical cauterization with acetic acid, application of podophyllin tincture, or imiquimod lotion, or laser ablation.
