Swelling in pregnanc: Maybe you should be worried. It would be a good idea to see your obstetrician or family doctor for some blood tests for gestational diabetes, or changing kidney function, which can make you swell more than the normal amount. Carpal tunnel syndrome can feel like swollen hands and is common during pregnancy, made worse by sleeping with your wrists flexed. Talk to your doctor.
