CALL YOUR OB !!!!!!: That is your obs job to answer ?S like that even on the weekend like i answer for my patients all the time! you can get swelling toward the end and get carpel tunnel syndrome form the swelling, you just want to make sure your blood pressure is not starting to go up which it may or may not when you get swelling.

Carpal tunnel: It is very common for women to develop carpal tunnel syndrome due to the swelling associated with pregnancy. Wear carpal tunnel splints, especially while you sleep. After you give birth, the pain should go away.
