No, but...: These luteal of your menstrual cycle is generally 13-15 days & can be calculated from the first day of your menstrual period back. It is the most consistent part of your cycle. This is may not be as consistent in young woman yourself, dep on how long you've had u'r period. The menstrual & proliferative follicular) phases of the cycle are the ones that tend to be irregular when there is an issue.
