My luteal phase isn't the same each cycle. however, it is always within 13-15 days but not constant for every month! is that normal?

Yes: It is not 'textbook' but it is normal. Most medical texts insist - wrongly - that it is exactly 14 days, that is not true. That's not to say a 8 day luteal phase is normal, but +/-1 on 14 days happens all the time.
