No, fasiculation: There are several possibilities mostly in the neuro realm some of which are benign like fasciculations or idoipathic resting tremor or carpal tunnel synrome or spasm. GIVEN the range of answers see your doctor to check Vitamin levels and for referral to Neurology for thorough eval.An EMG may be indicated. Medications and hand or occupational therapy may be able to help. Don't delay.
