Saw my neuro for burning right arm pain (believed to be sfn) & a left handed tremor and/or finger twitches. he wrote this note. what does it mean? "adventitious movements are acceptably controlled. the right arm is affected more than the left"

It means movements that are unvoluntary or spontaneous are controlled in a manner that is acceptable. Any abnormal movement you are getting from the SFN, tremor or twitches are controlled to an acceptable level.
