Follow-up with neuro: You should follow-up with a neurologist for any new neurological symptoms. He/she can assess whether the tingling in your fingers is due to a peripheral nerve condition or other cause (including psychological). Be prepared to discuss in detail the timing, quality, severity, and location of the tingling when you see the neurologist. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000789.htm

Involuntary mvmts: There are some causes that have not been addressed, but the first two could be due to a psychological cause. Expect some kind of follow up evaluation and continued discussion to help close the case on these. Tingling in the left hand fingers probably is due to something different, such as mild ulnar nerve compression.
