Hearing test: No , the hearing test did not cause the vertigo . The question is, why did you have the hearing test in the first place? Did you recently experience a change in hearing? I cannot tell from the information given, but it is more likely your vertigo is associated with the reason you were being seen in the first place. Anyway, go back and see an ENT about the vertigo.
